Server Recruitment
Your next server starts with a conversation
Introduce your server, welcome transfer applications and get to know the commanders who want to join. Server Recruitment gives your community a public home, with a free application workflow and optional Premium customization.
- Start with ready-to-edit text and standard illustrations, then describe your community, rules, languages, alliances and transfer expectations. Published pages are open to everyone without signing in. Use Share page to send a short link such as /join/2177.
- The verified president can set up the page with a linked game account and appoint helpers to edit it or review applications. The page and applications stay with the server when its president changes; helper permissions reset after a confirmed handover. During a vacancy, the previous administration keeps access.
- Applicants sign in with a verified game account, answer the server’s questions and attach screenshots of their combat power or main squad. No subscription is needed to apply. Continue the conversation with the recruiting team, add updates and open matching Player or Alliance Stats where available.
- Set a visible application period or open and close applications manually. Applicants can select their transfer seat, or leave it as not known yet. Teams can publish seat capacities and track applications and accepted places by color. These are planning figures maintained on LW-Tools, not live in-game availability.
- Each commander has one application per server and transfer round. While waiting, add messages and screenshots to that application. A decline or withdrawal does not allow a second application in the same round; a new round lets you apply again. Acceptance on the page is an invitation from the team, not confirmation of an in-game transfer.
- Free includes editable community text, standard images, two custom questions and two helpers, plus application periods, seat planning, screenshots and conversations. You can create, publish and use a recruitment page without paying.
- Recruitment Premium adds your own header and gallery images, four color themes, five extra text sections, up to five application questions, custom screenshot requirements and up to ten helpers.
- One supporter with an active command plan can unlock Premium for the whole server team. Select the server in your plan and activate support on its recruitment page. The same existing server slot covers Map and Recruitment Premium, with no extra slot or charge. Supporting a server does not grant access to its management or private applications.
- If the last supporting plan expires, Premium continues for seven days before the page returns to Free. Saved customizations and applications remain, and additional helpers resume when Premium returns. Moving the server slot or explicitly stopping support ends that contribution immediately.
- Site administrators can temporarily hide a page for review, make corrections and release it again. They can also permanently remove a recruitment page and its applications when a complete reset is needed.
